Basic dental care involves regular brushing and flossing of your teeths, consulting your dentist or dental hygienist for small problems and for regular checkups and cleaning. Eating mouth-healthy diet such as fruits, vegetables & dairy products is also essential. Its better for you to keep a personal dentist who keeps in touch with you.
Having good oral health gives us a sense of well-being, self esteem and also grants us freedom from dental problems such as tooth decay, gum diseases, bad breath and tooth ache.
